Improving our Group Process
This forum is for capturing and developing ideas, methods, resources, experiments, history and plans for improving our group processes. It covers all of the groups and should be considered a research project in and of itself. This is in addition to any specific improvements that might come out of it. Discussion, experimentation and especially implementation are far more important than just having a list of "good ideas".

This forum is for understanding how to use and make available our library of nearly 500 Webex recordings. It includes privacy issues, how to give people access, indexing, file formats, transcriptions and questions of how much value is contained in them vs. the effort needed to realize that value.

One of the most interesting and useful methods that comes from J. G. Bennett is what's called the Thematic Technique, or the use of weekly themes. He described it this way: "The technique of theme consists in this: in persistently and with great determination occupying one's mind with a specific clear notion so that one can penetrate into it in depth."
